Kopsavilkums

Projekta mērķis ir izvērtēt un rast risinājumus migrācijas un demogrāfijas izaicinājumiem, lai sekmētu ilgtspējīgas un saliedētas sabiedrības attīstību Latvijā. Projektā tiks izmantota inovatīva starpdisciplinārā pieeja, lietojot kvantitatīvo, kvalitatīvo un eksperimentālo metožu triangulāciju un līdzdalības pieeju zināšanu radīšanā. Pētījums sniegs datos balstītu analīzi, aplūkojot migrācijas daudzveidīgo ietekmi uz demogrāfiskajām pārmaiņām un reģionālajām atšķirībām. Īpaša uzmanība tiks pievērsta talantu un augsti kvalificētu profesionāļu migrācijas ietekmei uz cilvēkkapitālu, tai skaitā vērtējot izglītības institūciju lomu cilvēku kapitāla piesaistē un noturēšanā. Tāpat tiks analizēta kultūras nozīme reģionu revitalizācijā. Projekta rezultāti sniegs izvērstu analīzi demogrāfijas un migrācijas izaicinājumiem, akcentējot sociālo ilgtspēju un iekļaujošu izaugsmi. Izvērtējot demogrāfisko un migrācijas procesu daudzveidību, tiks piedāvāti pētniecībā balstīti ilgtspējīgas rīcībpolitikas risinājumi iedzīvotāju novecošanās un depopulācijas jautājumos.
